Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Land Role's services. By booking a consultation, purchasing a service package, or engaging with our team, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1About Land Role
Land Role is a career advisory consultancy operated by Sri Sai Ganesh Vavilala and a small professional team. We provide job search strategy, CV writing, LinkedIn optimisation, interview coaching, and visa/sponsorship guidance to professionals seeking employment, particularly sponsored roles in the UK and Canada.

2Our Services
Land Role offers the following services, which may be provided individually or as part of a package:
- CV / resume writing and ATS optimisation
- LinkedIn profile optimisation
- Job search strategy and role shortlisting
- Job application submission on the client's behalf
- Visa and sponsorship process guidance
- Interview coaching and preparation
The specific scope of services will be agreed upon prior to engagement and confirmed in writing (email is sufficient).
3What We Do Not Guarantee
Transparency Disclaimer
We want to be completely transparent with you about this:
- Land Role does not guarantee employment, job offers, interview invitations, or visa sponsorship. Career outcomes depend on a wide range of factors outside our control, including the job market, client qualifications, employer decisions, and immigration policies.
- We do not guarantee a specific number of applications, interviews, or responses within any given timeframe, though we will work diligently toward the targets outlined in your service agreement.
- Our guidance on visa and sponsorship processes is informational only and does not constitute immigration legal advice. For formal immigration advice, please consult a licensed immigration solicitor or consultant.
4Client Responsibilities
To allow us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your background, experience, qualifications, and career goals.
- Respond to our communications in a timely manner.
- Review and approve your CV and profile materials before we use them.
- Inform us immediately of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your job search or eligibility (e.g., visa status, employment changes).
- Not misrepresent your qualifications or experience in any application we assist with.
5Fees and Payment
Service fees will be clearly communicated before any paid engagement begins. Payment is accepted via bank transfer, debit/credit card, UPI, and PayPal.
- Full payment (or the agreed first instalment) is required before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All prices are in the currency agreed at the time of engagement. Prices are subject to change, but any change will not affect a confirmed and paid engagement.
6Refund Policy
Our refund policy is currently being finalised. Before you make any payment, we will provide you with the applicable refund terms in writing, and you will have the opportunity to review and agree to them.
We are committed to being fair and transparent. We will never take your money without you knowing exactly what the refund terms are. If you have questions about refunds before committing, please ask us directly at hello@landrole.com.
7Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not share your personal details, CV, or career information with any third party (other than employers and recruiters as part of your job search, with your consent) without your explicit permission.
Equally, you agree to keep any proprietary methods, templates, or materials provided by Land Role confidential and not to share or reproduce them without our written consent.
8Intellectual Property
CVs, cover letters, LinkedIn copy, and other written materials produced specifically for you as part of your service package are yours to use. Land Role retains ownership of its underlying frameworks, templates, methodologies, and branding. You may not reproduce or resell these materials.
9Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Land Role's liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss, including loss of income or employment opportunities.
This limitation does not apply to liability arising from our fraud or wilful misconduct.
10Termination
Either party may end the engagement by giving written notice. If you choose to terminate after work has commenced, you may be liable for the portion of fees corresponding to work already completed. Any refund entitlement will be subject to the refund policy agreed at the time of your engagement.
11Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your engagement is the one that applies to you. We will notify active clients of any material changes.
12Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through direct discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
