I started my career as a job support specialist. From day one, my work was about people. Helping them find the right roles, understanding what the market wanted and making sure their applications actually reflected their value. I was good at it and I kept getting better, adapting as the market changed and growing alongside every company I worked with.
But there was something that always bothered me. Not one of those companies ever taught a structured approach to job searching. No strategy, no framework, no clear map of how to go from where you are to where you want to be. People were just applying and hoping. And most of the time, hoping was not enough.
After years of working within those companies, watching the same struggles repeat and knowing I had no real control over how things were done, something shifted in me. I realised that the people I was trying to help deserved better than what any employer was willing to give them. So I made a decision. One day I would build something of my own, something that put the job seeker first.
That is what Land Role is. It is everything I learned across years of working in this field, built into one service that actually works. We do not just write CVs and wish you luck.
